With the release of Dom West’s new movie, the Asphalt Blading Club team seased the occasion to organize a screening in Geneva, parallel to the Sydney and Blading Cup premieres.
The “Fédération MottattoM” opened the doors to their Jardin Divers and allowed our friends to gather and share a degustation of rollerblading videography.

As a starter, the new production entitled Vine St : Chapter II by the talented videographer and blader Dow West. After marinating for 6 years, he’s back to feed us with with a 2nd chapter of his renown film, Vine St, showcasing a new page in the book of the former Redfern Sydney Roller-house roommates.
With Rian Arnold, CJ Wellsmore, Gavin Drumm as headliners, but also Tien Nguyen, Robbie Pitts, Alan Dick, Josh Nielsen, Matthias St John, Craig Brockelhurst & Cam Wesson.
A diverse and colored buffet of style and technique, aiming at blowing our stomachs and make us grow a Matt Salerno’s belly.

The release of the video, now available here comes with lots of surprises and cameos on the side, like the release of the photo book delicately put together by the british photographer Adam Kola, already available in limited quantities here

We then went for a Swiss dish without cheese, the premiere of the STRAY DOGS TOUR video, accompanied by an exhibition of pictures taken along this road trip.
The buddies Stephan Ryter, Reto Burgin, Geoffroy Dubreuil and Michael Hartwell toured Eastern Europe this summer and brought back these beautiful clips.
Like stray dogs with just a bus and their skates, they drove more than 3000km throughout Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia to shoot this nice cocktail of rusted rails and cobblestone landings, mixed but not stirred, a big gulp of friendship and culture.

Dessert was a party shared with our guests on a vibrant cold wave sound. We notice in the room the Geneva oldschoolers, Frenchies, Bullois, Vaudois, Valaisans & Swiss Germans.
The crew shared beers and humus while talking about old stories, forecasting the next ones and dancing to end an exceptional evening of friendship and rollerblading.
